Everyone has rights...here's yours

Our site's registration form requires users to give us contact information (like their name and email address) and demographic information (like their birth date, or gender). We use customer contact information from the registration form to send the user information about our company and promotional material on behalf of our partners, to notify the winners of sweepstakes or contests, and to contact the visitor when necessary. Users may opt-out of receiving mailings when they initially sign up for the site.

If you do not wish to provide your personal information needed to become a member, you will not be able to directly access many of the community features of NDToday.com, such as, posting on the Message Boards, creating polls in the Voting Booth, and evaluating Professors in the Teacher Evals. You will, however, still have the opportunity to use the site, interact with many of its content offerings, and perhaps become comfortable enough to become a member in the future.

There are areas within NDToday.com in which you may wish to provide contact information (such as your phone number, or e-mail address) for purposes of allowing others to contact you. Once you make any information public on the web site, we no longer have any control over the information and anyone could e-mail you, call you, or view the information that you have made public.

For our security, we record the creator of each message board posting, poll, and teacher evaluation. NDToday.com will NEVER share this information, or your personally identifiable information, including your name, contact information, email address, or other personal information with anyone, except in limited circumstances. These circumstances include where you give us permission to share your information, where we are required by law to do so and where we believe it is reasonably necessary to protect the rights and property of College Club Interactive Studios or protect the personal safety of NDToday.com users or the public. You are more than welcome to share your profile, or parts of your profile, with others within the community, but you will be the one to make that determination. We will NOT share your personal information with any outside entities without explicitly asking for your permission first, except for the limited circumstances described above.
